Almost anything can be made gluten-free. They have bread for sandwiches, crackers for charcuterie boards. They will change gloves and layout parchment paper when making your sandwich and they seem to take glut allergies seriously, once you express allergy over preference. Mostly all their desserts are gluten-free also: cheesecake, flour less chocolate cake, tiramisu, etc.
