The new gluten free crust is delicious and has a rise that you typically don’t get with gluten free crusts.

They told me the pizzas don’t go in a metal pan in the oven so they don’t touch the rack but have had many celiac customers who were fine and had no reaction. I decided to risk it as my partner and I put things directly on the rack at home sometimes and are okay (he is not celiac). I had one slice before I was horribly ill and running to the bathroom. A week out and I’m still so sick that I’ve lost almost ten pounds in a week and can barely eat any food due to how sick I feel. There must have been significant cross contamination in the preparation area and not just the oven rack they told me about because I only get this sick if someone messes up big time.

Was the flavor and texture of the pizza tasty? Yes. But intestinally dying for a week straight now with no end in sight makes it so not worth it. If you need gluten free for medical reasons like me, don’t eat here.

You can make any pizza on their menu gluten free. Their buffalo chicken wings are also gluten free. Great pizza, I absolutely recommend if you have celiac disease.

My server wasn’t sure if the food was safe for someone with Celiac so she asked the owner. The owner came over and straight up told me this restaurant is not safe for celiacs. He explained there is flour all over their small kitchen and there is one shared oven. Their fryer is also shared. He then suggested I leave and find a safer restaurant :(

Can do anything gluten free or vegan. They take good care with the food but it is not 100% that it could not be cross-contaminated. They have many GF options-including wings!

Super amazing pizza crust based with cauliflower. It was a huge treat! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the food fantastic! They asked when we checked in if we would like gluten free or vegan menus.
