Review

I have been here many times over many years. I come for the fantastic vegetables. I learned how to love their carrots and cauliflower (two vegetables I had previously avoided in my life). Lots of other delicious veggies and appetizers too.

Gorgeous venue, beautiful windows that open on balmy days. Gorgeous traditional woodwork, and brasswork Excellent staff who are very helpful for this gluten-free and dairy free person.

It’s located in a charming part of old Ballard. It’s on the same street as the Sunday Ballard farmers’ market and we like coming here after we finish our shopping.

I’m writing this in spring of 2024 and they are seriously understaffed. So we have sometimes had to wait a bit even though there were many empty tables. It was worth the wait.

I don’t eat any of their pastas or pizzas because of possible contamination.
