I ate at Benedict’s for breakfast and Carve for dinner. At both restaurants, the waitstaff were knowledgeable about Celiac. GF items were not marked on the menu, but staff knew which items were safe. Carve was excellent about creating a dish that was unique and delicious. The chef made a sauce from scratch for us to ensure that it was GF! Benedicts has standard breakfast fare, and GF toast.

At first I went to Grizzly's and was told that there was significant cross contamination in the kitchen. I ended up going to the food court which was very accommodating. I got chicken tenders and fries. Both were nice and crispy. Be aware that the good court closes around 4:30 PM.
