Great food and was able to have fries and order a salad with no croutons, they also have steak and other foods good for gluten free

At least 3 fish options that are grilled with lemon & seasoning, they are flexible with the sides. My mother who is gf was able to order halibut with veggies and for dessert they have a few ice cream & sherbet options. Great meal.

Underwhelming to say the least. The service was horrible and the food mediocre. Both my daughters are celiac and Solvang has limited options when it comes to GF restaurants. I was hopeful when we went as the hostess told us that they can make most things GF, but that statement was more limiting than I had thought. One of my daughters had the salmon and the other a burger (minus the bun). Everything was just ok. Nobody got sick but for what we paid I had hoped for better. I would not go back.

I had the bacon burger with no bun and a side of mashed potatoes. Fries aren’t GF due to the shared fryer. Not many items are listed as GF but almost anything can be made GF. Food was very good quality. Prices are expensive and smaller portions. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Could be due to COVID but other restaurants have been more welcoming. Overall food was delicious and safe!

I went there with my best friend who also has celiac. The staff was very knowledgeable about celiac/gluten free! When we alerted our server, she sent over another server to take over who actually had celiac and was great! We enjoyed cheese (found out there salami had gluten in it), gluten free bread, this delicious chicken dish, and flourless chocolate cake! Neither of us got sick and really enjoyed our meal!
Yes
Waitstaff was accommodating & when they weren’t sure if the fish special was GF went back to verify with the chef. Had lamb burger without the bun. Waitstaff advised fries are fried in shared fryer. Menu indicates GF dishes.

We went for lunch today. I had the tuna with tahini on Greens. It was delicious. Hubby had the curry chicken salad and my kids had a lettuce wrap burger. The bacon on the burger might be the best bacon I ever had. Restaurant is casual- order at the counter and then sit in the restaurant. Perfect for dining with kids.
Bring your own bread! I was discouraged when I asked the young woman at the register about gluten free options and she said I could have any of their salads. I happen to travel with a bit of gluten free products and had my favorite bread Three Bakers with me in the car. I had chicken salad. It was delicious! They use tahini instead of mayo. I will eat here again. If you want a sandwich bring you own bread.
Dined here two nights on the recommendation of a friend, and since it was so great the first night we returned the next! Our server, Melissa, was really great! The first night we came in early (5:30), she pointed out the options for GF, which are not labeled. She spoke with the chef to confirm everything, and our food the whole evening was delicious. The second night we came in a bit later (7 or so), and were lucky enough to have Melissa again. Not long after we left the second night, I was quite ill. It was pretty clear to me that it was from gluten. I believe that by going in during a much busier hour on a much busier night, that the timing was really the culprit. Quite hard for a chef to prepare a few dozen plates and have one be strictly GF in the same area. Even with becoming ill, I would still recommend this place as long as you avoid the rush. Our service was great, the food was delicious, just a matter of timing.Gluten free items on the dinner menu: Crispy Sea Bass & Bacon (really delicious!), Pork Belly Porchetta, Tenderloin, and Pumpkin Seed Crusted Rack of Lamb. Gluten free dessert was seasonally flavored creme brûlée, also very tasty.
