They are awesome all the sides are labeled and they stop and clean everything and change the piece of meat they are cutting from!

The staff is very knowledgeable. I gave it 2 stars because the GF sides are fairly bland and MOST importantly how do you eat BBQ without ANY sauces??? The white sauce people have posted about is a basic southwest aioli that belongs on a sandwich not on bbq. If you are unfamiliar with the term aioli it’s seasoned mayo. I shared the soy sauce/ tamari sauce difference with their staff who were didn’t seem to know the difference but we’re grateful to learn hoping they would understand how the slight change would open up there menu. I have celiac and did not get sick. Did the pulled pork, ribs, potato salad and slaw. Slaw was bland and meats were also since I couldn’t have anything but mayo 😕
Yes
Staff is extremely knowledgeable. If you tell them celiac, they change all the cutting surfaces, knives, utensils & change gloves. Also get out new meat to cut. All sides are labeled GFree also. Only white sauce is gfree, they told me the other sauces have soy sauce & Worcestershire sauce that is not gfree.
Yes
Like others suggested, ask them to change their gloves! They're very accommodating. LOVE their ribs!!
white sauce is only one gf but it was delicious! Potato salad, beans, and coleslaw are gf as well.
All the meats are great and GF, but make sure to ask them to change gloves since they make sandwiches too. The sides are pretty easy to tell if GF or not, but the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I think almost all of the sauces are GF, just can't remember which is the no-no. I know Texas Hot, St. Louis Sweet and White Sauce are all safe, and delicious. Hoping they get GF buns soon!

It was beyond delicious! They have lots of Gluten Free options and have them CLEARLY marked on their menu. They changed their gloves, knife and cutting board when I told them I was gluten free. Only desserts gluten free are the milkshakes. But overall it's AMAZING 👏

I mentioned being gluten free and they immediately got a new cutting board, knife, and unopened meat. They were down to their last brisket of the night and knew they had touched it after touching buns. I appreciated them letting me know and being so careful about it.

When I mentioned I had celiac the server immediately changed his gloves and got a clean knife and cutting board without my asking. There are several gluten free items on the menu. I understand many of the sauces are gluten free as well, although I ate my meat plain. All the meat is gluten free. Very tasty. No issues. Will definitely eat there again!

Zero sauces are gluten free, the ones that are not marked with gluten include soy sauce (containing gluten). Eat your meat dry! The fryer is shared, several of the sides are not safe. The only thing I was sure wasn’t going to hurt me was the chocolate peanut butter bourbon milkshake. If you feel like living dangerously, this is the place!

We are here for years and I would find myself sick often. I blamed it on the fact that I’m a big fry gal and would eat their fries even though they didn’t have a gf fryer. I found out a few months ago that though I was told all their sauces were gluten free they actually contain soy sauce and were not gluten free. 🙃 So disappointed that the information they shared with me was incorrect.
