After reading the reviews I tried Sushi Fresh in person a couple of weeks ago. When I asked for the gluten free menu they immediately started wiping down the counter tops and offered me gluten free tamari instead of soy sauce - I didn’t even have to ask! After that great experience I ordered again from them through Uber eats. I noted “Allergy: Gluten (celiac)” and ordered gluten free soy sauce packets. The food was wonderful! Each box came with a label that said “We will try our best to accommodate your allergy (Cannot guarantee 100%). *Change sushi mat, gloves, rice. *Clean cutting board knife. Please note that this may affect preparation time of your order.” I will be ordering again!!
