Review of Sushi Garden

They know what rolls are gf, make sure the chefs know to clean the counter space, and have gf tamari available (though it's in an old normal soy sauce bottle - I usually bring coconut aminos anyway since I dont love soy sauce). I'm super sensitive and have eaten there multiple times and never gotten sick. Also, their fish is phenomenal. Apparently there are grades for sushi quality fish and they get the second best grade, which is really pretty high. That's why their prices are a touch higher than your average sushi place. Any better quality and you'd be paying a ton.
