While the sushi itself was perfectly fine, those of us who need to avoid gluten should beware. The menu does label gluten free items, but it contains several errors that we were able to spot right away - and we might have missed others. Further, the serving staff was not trained on allergens or what the food contained. Finally, the restaurant does not offer gluten free soy sauce. This degrades the sushi experience in my opinion.
A final safety concern is that items are served together on shared plates, which increases the cross contact risk. There is also minimal interaction with the cooking staff, since orders are placed on a computer and fulfilled by conveyor.
People with symptomatic celiac should avoid this restaurant.
