This was a mostly positive experience as there was a bunch of things listed as GF and they had GF soy sauce. That being said, I shared that I had celiac’s and that I couldn’t do gluten and ordered the spicy calamari (which was labeled GF on the menu) and it was absolutely fried in the same fryer as other glutinous items. I asked the waiter about it and he said “it should be ok… Let me ask” and then he came back and said, “I think it’s fine, but I wouldn’t risk it”. Which is totally fine and an honest mistake, but we still ended getting charged for it even though I couldn’t eat it. The sushi was solid, but just be wary of anything fried as they do not take into account cross contamination.
