Review of Sushi One

The sushi is really fresh (a requirement for a sushi place) and although not many items are marked that they can be modified to be gluten free, they are more than willing to see if any item you want can be made gluten free. I had the Hibachi Filet Mignon and there was enough really tender steak for 2 people! They have GF soy sauce and GF fried rice and Pad Thai. UPDATE: After eating here several times I have to add a "caution." One time they messed up my order and brought the sushi roll with tempura flakes in them and unfortunately I didn't catch it until I ate the first one. What was worse was when I asked for the gluten free soy sauce and the server told me it was on the table in the bottle with a red sticker on the top...so I used it. Next time I'm there I point to the red stickered bottle and asked "this is the gluten free soy sauce right?" And the answer was "No. That's the low sodium soy sauce." They have to bring the gluten free soy sauce to the table. So the food is really good here and when they get it right -- it's a perfect meal. Unfortunately you have to be constantly checking and re-checking with them to make sure you actually get what you ordered. What really bothered me was after contaminating me(and I have Celiac's), no one in management came over to apologize, see if I was going to be okay...nothing.
