I’ve eaten here so many times and never been sick. i typically stick to simple tolls and the fish is always fresh and flavorful. The staff is super kind and helpful. they also have gluten free soy sauce

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

The waitress did not know what on the menu was gluten free, and if any of the sauces had gluten. I ordered nigiri selection and had to specify no eel and no sauces, because they will contain gluten. I guess she did not tell the shef because there was some sauce on the fish, most likely regular soy sauce. She did bring me out a bowl of gf soy sauce. I’m not celiac so I risked eating the sushi, but felt sick when I got home, so def got glutened.
