Review of Sushi Tomo

The waitress did not know what on the menu was gluten free, and if any of the sauces had gluten. I ordered nigiri selection and had to specify no eel and no sauces, because they will contain gluten. I guess she did not tell the shef because there was some sauce on the fish, most likely regular soy sauce. She did bring me out a bowl of gf soy sauce. I’m not celiac so I risked eating the sushi, but felt sick when I got home, so def got glutened.
