Review of Sweet Changes Gluten-Free Bakery

We are the people opening a new bakery in this location. We will be carrying a limited menu of gluten free, and can make anything you'd like by special order.

We have been looking for a bakery location for some time, but it was never our intention to open a gluten free bakery. The prior ownership of this location had built a business based on gluten free, so we will do our best to take care of the customer base that she had.

Our pastry chefs have built a great following along the Grand Strand, and catered the most high end events from Calabash to Litchfield. Many restaraunts along the beach are looking forward to serving our desserts in their establishments. We welcome the opportunity to serve the gluten free community, but at the same time we would like everyone to understand that this is not our dedicated business plan. Unfortunately dedicated gluten free businesses don't last due to the limitations of the clientele, and we'd like to be a staple in Little River for many years to come.
