I asked the staff which flavors were gluten free and they told me which ones. They had quite a few. When I asked about cross contamination they got a separate scoop.

I called them ahead of time and they assured me that they have gluten free flavors and know to change the scoop and everything. They suggested I have the raspberry sorbet because it was stored separately so there was less of a chance of cross contamination. It was really good!
