Waitress was very familiar with gluten free needs. Fryer is shared and oil is changed every other day. Had the vegan switchback fries and they were good. Also, had the carnitas, mushroom, and brisket tacos All were good. The mushroom taco had some kick. I'd come back next time I'm in Durango.

Amazing Carne asada Plato presentation! Side of eliote was excellent, too! They had to change brands of churros so those are no longer gf unfortunately. Service was good, fun place.

I ordered the mushroom tacos and was told the corn and flour tortillas use different equipment to avoid cross contamination. My husband ordered a burrito. I can't say it was from gluten as he is a "normie" but we both felt really crummy after our meals.

The corn tortillas were delicious! Everything could be made gluten free except for the churros.

Most their menu is gluten free, all the tacos are. They said they recently found out their churros are gluten free made with cornflour and nothing gluten goes in fryer so churros, chips and fries are good. Unfortunately Steph the fryer was down so I didn’t get to try.

Yummy but got contaminated here because the fryer is not dedicated GF and they fry the churros in it. Waitress is luckily knowledgeable and could steer me in the right direction. Good vegan options too.

The tacos were great however the chips and fries are no longer celiac safe because they use a share fryer with churros. All the tacos are gluten free though

Delicious! Almost everything gf - my daughter is celiac and had different tacos, queso, guac, chips. She said she’d eat there every day if it was up to her.

Everything is gluten free excluding the quasadillas. No cross contamination in the fryer because nothing is fried with gluten. Very tasty food

We explicitly informed our server that we were gluten-free, and she brought us food with gluten anyway. We got sick. Of course she apologized, but so what — what good does that do?
