Waitress was very familiar with gluten free needs. Fryer is shared and oil is changed every other day. Had the vegan switchback fries and they were good. Also, had the carnitas, mushroom, and brisket tacos All were good. The mushroom taco had some kick. I'd come back next time I'm in Durango.
