This restaurant is a hidden gem! Who would have thought that a restaurant located right next to a gas station would be so accommodating to someone with Celiac disease. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and I was happy to find that they were very knowledgeable about cross contamination and allergies as well. I ordered the arroz con chori pollo bowl, and it was very good! I didn’t eat the chips because I was not sure if they were in a shared fryer. When we were speaking with the owner (Nora, I think), she told us that the chips are prepared in its’ own dedicated fryer, and they are making empanadas that are gluten free as well. We will definitely be making this one of our regular spots to eat at! Great food, friendly staff, and a place where I can eat without worrying!

Great new mostly gf restaurant attached to the gas station. They’ve worked with Vimala of Vimala’s in Chapel Hill in the past, so very knowledgeable about gf. I have celiac and have never had a bad reaction. Gf options are marked on the menu.
