I loved it! I had Chicken Parmesan for the first time in 7 long GF years! Wonderful food, great atmosphere, and I will definitely be back!

We are traveling through and saw Tabella’s on Google. I called and I was impressed with their knowledge and gluten-free options on the menu. Staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I’m not celiac but I have a very bad reaction to gluten (even cross contamination) and have removed it from my diet. I had the grilled salmon, brussel sprouts, and asparagus. I didn’t have a reaction to the food and it was amazing!! They also offer gluten-free pasta. We highly recommend Tabella Italian Restaurant!

I highly recommend Tabellas! They are very knowledgeable about GF foods and preparation. They have a separate GF area to prepare food. Everything was excellent, very fresh! My family and I had the GF pasta with marinara, GF pasta with Alfredo, the GF Caesar salad, and the GF chocolate soufflé. We will definitely visit here again when we travel through.

The gluten free menu here is incredible and there are so many options! I got the GF chicken parmesan and it was exactly what I was craving. I even got the chocolate souffle for dessert (also GF), which was to die for! Highly recommend this place!

Edit: came back and ordered the Fontina Chicken. It is to die for!! Gotta be one of the best things on the menu.

Great GF menu. I didn't have any issues with my GF chicken alfredo. The waitress said they have a designated area for preparing GF foods. When my food was brought out I asked how they could tell it was GF - I was told "because the noodles are small." Apparently they only use angel hair like pasta for GF pasta meals? I felt uneasy about eating here at first, but after experiencing it, I will certainly be back.

Harvest Salad and the chicken dishes are my go-to. One of a few places in Hattiesburg trustworthy of celiac knowledge. Waitstaff very helpful and careful with my meals. I’m a regular at this establishment.

Absolutely awful, just don't waste your time

I've had cross contamination issues here before, but I've brushed it off as something that happens. Today, I ordered a gluten free salad. Once I received it, I started to eat it. When the server came by, I asked "these are gluten free croutons, right?" His response was that they weren't, and that the cook didn't read the ticket. I had a horrible allergic reaction. Never going back if I have to worry about them reading tickets.

Wish I could give zero stars because when I called ahead to talk to the manager she told me I was the best judge of what I could eat just by looking at the menu. Very unhelpful and kinda rude.

We took a chance on this restaurant while in town for my daughter's All-State Honor Choir weekend and boy-oh-boy am I glad we did! The atmosphere and decor is fun, it's clean, the staff is friendly and helpful but most of all it has a specific GF menu with legitimate menu options. (Downloadable menu on their website) I actually had a hard time choosing from the selection of enticing choices. They have a dedicated GF kitchen prep area, dedicated utensils and the staff seems very knowledgeable. The only negative thing I would say is that my waiter told me it's the only one - there are no other Tabella's locations anywhere else. That makes me sad because I love 4 1/2 hours away!

I got the Shrimp Tabella - DELISH!!! Definitely check it out if your nearby!

The best gluten free options around well except for Crescent City

Great GF experience here while driving through Hattiesburg on my way to Jackson. I order GF pasta marinara with grilled salmon and an appetizer of roasted tomato soup. My travel companion had the GF fontina chicken with rosemary potatos and green beans and an appetizer of the GF minestrone. The only reason for 4 stars has to do with the chicken being a bit tough; otherwise, this restaurant gets 5 stars for great service, nice atmosphere, understanding how to avoid cross contamination with items containing gluten, providing a fantastic 2 page menu with tons of GF options, & great flavoring. I will definitely be back.

The food is made from scratch and they have a good variety on their gluten free menu including dessert! The prices were very reasonable. Today when i went for lunch the chef came out personally and said that they were out of the type of gluten free pasta that I had ordered but offered me another kind. This is my family's number one choice when we are in town.

My 10 year old has celiac and is very picky. This was one of the few places that has an extensive menu, so she had many choices. Instead of one or two items, they had two PAGES of g-free items. We were driving through Hattiesburg on our way from New Orleans, and will definitely be back if we're ever in this neck of the woods again. Excellent!
