When you walk in the host asks if you have any allergies right away and before she seats you. When seated, they put a marker in front of your burner to indicate the allergy. They had 2 (of 4 total) gluten free broths and they even had a gluten free ponzu which is hard to find! The quality of the food was great and so was the quality of the service. There’s no need to worry about cross-contamination because the meat, veggies, and broth all come separately. Although the veggie plate does usually come with a noodle so make sure to request it to be removed (they will sub it for something else if you’d like).
