Ian Bruce the manager is amazing with my CD daughter. He changes gloves. Cleans the grill. Brings new beans from the back. Uses new utensils. My kiddo has not gotten sick since he took over.
Got sick due to cross contamination. Flour everywhere in this place. Not to mention, don’t dare eat a tortilla chip.

I’m gluten intolerant (not Celiac) and Taco Cabana’s corn tortillas made me sick. Had their egg/bacon on corn tortillas and was ill for 2 days straight also with inflammation. I could barely eat anything for 2 days. My gluten intolerant coworker was also ill for more than 24 hours. Do NOT recommend.

Tried the cauliflower rice bowl with avocado. Not bad!! I subbed out the black beans for pintos. Thumbs up to the Cabana for healthier options

Note: the staff didn’t know about a gluten free menu or labeling so they weren’t well trained so I wouldn’t risk it if I were celiac.
