I’ve used the Find Me Gluten Free App for about a year now and this is my first review. I felt compelled to write this review because this GF pasta was some of the best I have ever had!!!

Ordered gluten free pasta and it was mushy. I ordered the Alfredo sauce on the pasta but it came out brown. The manager and kitchen insisted it was the Alfredo sauce 🤷🏻♀ didn’t look or taste like your typical Alfredo to me.

We went over the menu with our server. We have 2 Celiac's in our family and 1 of them had an issue, so there may have been some cross contamination.

Loved this place! They were able to do gluten free fettuccini Alfredo and it was excellent. I did not get sick.

Really great, local restaurant! They have great GF options and homemade GF pasta. Be sure to let them know when you’re ordering that you need GF and it’s not a preference. They also have amazing GF pizza!! Note the GF when ordering and they will run it through the bottom oven. They take all the necessary precautions and are very kind.

I can’t say enough great things about Taglia! They take amazing precautions for gluten-free diners and have low-carb/keto options as well that can be made gluten-free.
Here is the precaution information that I received from their manager prior to visiting:
We make fresh pasta including fresh gluten free pasta in house and the veggie noodles are made or zucchini and yellow squash. The gluten free pasta is cooked in a pan separate from our pasta cooker and the dish is finished in the same pan to avoid cross contamination. As far as the sauces, all of the sauces listed in the pasta section are gluten free. We also have a 10" cauliflower crust pizza, but it is cooked in the same oven as the other pizzas. We have quite a few main dishes that are gluten free (the most popular being Gamberoni alla Griglia which you could sub out the tomato sauce on) or that we could modify by grilling items instead of breading. However, in this mains section the marsala and both limone sauces are not gluten free. If you are dining in please make your server aware of your allergy as a manager will follow that plate in the kitchen to make sure proper handling procedures are followed. This will also ensure you are not brought bread to your table.
Based on this information and a conversation with our server, I had a gluten-free version of carbonara. It was the best gluten-free pasta I’ve had in years, and that includes visits to Italian restaurants in the North End in Boston and Little Italy in New York. The prices were also incredibly reasonable.
