Just get a Mai Tai or 3!! Pizza was an option, but was just ok.

Went to both Kauai and Oahu and can confidently say that this was my favorite spot. Verified, delicious gluten free Mai Tais. Got the steak bowl the first night and "The Local" pizza the next day - staff was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend certain menu items that would be Celiac-friendly. Great live music every night too. Definitely worth checking out!

I got a gf pizza and didn't get sick, I'm very sensitive to cross contamination so they must take great care in the kitchen. The wait was crazy long, so we opted to do take out. Not a very long wait at all for that.
Crust was just ok, I've had better and worse, but the sauce/ingredients were pretty good. Really expensive for what it is, but that's expected when you eat gf on Kauai.

This was (hands down) our favorite dining experience while in Kauai. We went here on a Friday night and were (beyond) pleasantly surprised by the AMAZING live music. This is a restaurant/bar owned and patronized by locals; it was a breath of fresh air. The food was amazing and there were quite a few gluten free options. The staff were very knowledgeable about which menu items were gluten free. I ordered the Baby Back Ribs with garlic mashed potatoes, my partner ordered the RibEye Poke Bowl, and we shared them. Both were absolutely delicious but I think I liked the ribs a little bit more. My partner had their Famous Mai Tai and I had a delicious mocktail (name I can’t remember) that was pineapple, coconut, mint, ginger and turmeric. All around it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly, warm/welcoming environment, delicious food, AMAZING live music, and smiles all around. You definitely should experience Tahiti Nui while you are in Kauai.

Loved having dinner here! Staff was great and had a lot of knowledge about wether meals were gluten free. I had the gluten free pizza and a creme brûlée for dessert! So good.

Really great GF pizza. Couldn't be sure about the safety of the drinks, so opted not to have a cocktail here. Fun atmosphere, great for post-hike at Haena for those making the trek.
Would definitely return!

We got mai tais, pizzas, and the beet salad. The server was very confident pointing out what was gluten free and what would need substitutions. All of their pizza toppings are gluten free and the cauliflower crust is something they buy as dough and shape and cook there, so it was fresh and delicious. We would have tried more things but we were stuffed and not staying on the north shore. Highly recommend! We didn’t ask about cross contamination but may be helpful to know with the pizzas. It’s a day later and we are not sick.

So freaking good. I had the Mai Tai, pizza, my son had a ribeye poki boll and it was all delicious. Fries aren't gluten free but there's plenty of options. They asked if it was an allergy and I didn't get sick and I'm very sensitive. Well worth the money. Music and hula was good too.

We ate here three times over our week-long stay, it was that good. Had the carrot miso bowl and it was AMAZING, and then had a Hawaiian pizza on a gf crust that was to die for. Absolutely unmatched Mai tais. Cannot say enough good things! Didn’t feel sick at any point after.
Kinda rowdy, live music every night, super casual. A real beach vibe!

Awesome MaiTai, Tuna with soy wasabi sauce, mashed potatoes and veggies were delicious. Would have preferred seared only as requested, but still yummy. Very friendly staff.

First the positives: great gf pizza, the soy wasabi dressing on the fish was heavenly. The server knew about gf. This place has a local vibe.
The negatives: I ordered the tuna medium rare and it came out well done. Service was not great (they were slammed though).

Delicious pizza and kale Caesar. They modified the Caesar (no croutons) and it was fabulous. The tiki special pizza was fantastic and perfectly cooked.

I asked about Gluten free. They have two items on the menu marked GF, but previous reviews recommended the soy wasabi fish with the sweet potato mash, so I asked about it and they assured me it was gluten free.
When it was delivered they specified it was made gluten free, which always make me feel more confident. It was delicious, best fish I had, although the wasabi flavor was pretty tame. I also ordered the mai tai. Good sized portions and delicious and felt great afterward.

Choices are limited, but the food is amazing. The grilled fish with the soy wasabi sauce is to die for. (It’s like a wasabi Alfredo sauce and they always use tamari, not soy.) They also have live music almost every night and the two bands we heard were beyond amazing.

While the menu currently only marks two items as GF, the waitress was lovely and explained all of the menu items that could be adapted to be GF. She said they have cauliflower crust for pizza. The cauliflower pizzas are cooked in the same oven with regular, but on their own sheets. They also have tamari to use instead of soy sauce, which opens up several other options. They also were aware of cross contamination and told me the fryer was shared. I had the Rib Eye Beef Poke Bowl, which is listed under “small plates” but was plenty for me. A reasonable meal and reasonable amount of options. Pop in if you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere.

pretty good food, fantastic mai tais, and a selection of gluten free items (we did the Ono and they made sure to make it separately and gluten free.)
