Did the coursed menu, and it was to die for. Did not feel sick after, and I am very sensitive. My waiter and the whole waitstaff took and abundance of caution. The hostess confirmed that I could not have my food prepared on a shared workspace or in a shared fryer, and she gave me a separate, marked up menu. Each time a course was brought to me, the wait staff confirmed it was gluten free. Overall an exceptional meal and an experience that felt safe. Highly recommend!

Their tasting menu was amazing. They have a seperste gf menu with all the tasting menu options, which they were sure to not have cross contact. This was a treat of a night for my husband and me!
