Absolutely incredible. They are knowledgeable about cross contamination. They give you honest information about what you can and cannot eat. Seaweed salad is phenomenal just don’t t eat the salad dressing. rainbow roll is absolutely fire!! The sever is very well educated to suggest you the best sushi and rolls for you. You have to eat here

We had a fantastic meal here; they accommodated us with certainty and there was lots for my son to choose from. The rice is gluten free--this is not always the case, and or a restaurant is not always certain/confident, so that was a relief. They also brought out packets of gluten free soy for the table. The food was also excellent; really fresh and tasty sushi. We also avoid mustard (which is what the green 'wasabi' paste is at these places) and they did a great job helping us/making sure the entire table's food was prepared without sushi. Also no issues with cross contamination for a shrimp allergy. High recommend. Right in Gaslamp quarter, very cute. Only quibble was with the restaurant next door--which had an outdoor cigar bar which wafts over...yuck.

GF soy sauce but kind of pricey

The entire staff was aware of gluten intolerance. Accommodated accordingly. This is my second visit here this time with diagnosis of celiac disease. By far this place is my favorite. Had rainbow roll wit real king crab. Although the menu noted with real king crab the waiter noted it on the order to ensure sushi chefs understood. I can't get this service back home in New York area! I highly recommend this place although pricey. Fish is very fresh and the atmosphere is friendly and fun!
