We had a fantastic meal here; they accommodated us with certainty and there was lots for my son to choose from. The rice is gluten free--this is not always the case, and or a restaurant is not always certain/confident, so that was a relief. They also brought out packets of gluten free soy for the table. The food was also excellent; really fresh and tasty sushi. We also avoid mustard (which is what the green 'wasabi' paste is at these places) and they did a great job helping us/making sure the entire table's food was prepared without sushi. Also no issues with cross contamination for a shrimp allergy. High recommend. Right in Gaslamp quarter, very cute. Only quibble was with the restaurant next door--which had an outdoor cigar bar which wafts over...yuck.
