They lied to me and served me a regular wheat burger bun instead of a gf one. Even after confirming with 3 employees. I realize it 45 mins later when I became violently ill while snowboarding. Ruined the remainder of trip and had to leave the mountain immediately.

Staff made good attempt to accommodate gluten allergy. Unsure about safety, but did not get sick. Quite limited GF options.

Not a lot of choices but if you don't want to leave the ski area and come down the mountain they did have gluten free vegetarian chili, salad bar, and can make burgers on gluten free bread.
