VERY knowledgeable staff. Waitress said they’re all fully trained to prevent cross contamination. Separate fryers; chips are safe. She let me know all sauces are gf except for sour cream sauce. All of my food came out marked gf on the plate. Did not get sick afterward!

The staff was great! When I had questions about the menu, one of the chefs came out during the dinner rush, and answered all of them. The food came out with little markers saying gluten free. The food was fantastic! I will definitely go back.

They have always been extra cautious with my order to make sure there is minimal chance for cross contamination.

Really disappointed. I was there 2 weeks ago. The waitress seemed frazzled and said they were short staffed. I let her know I had a pretty severe allergy and asked lots of questions. The manager brought out my food separately. I didn’t even finish half of my meal before getting sick. Likely due to cross contamination as it wasn’t too severe of a reaction.

This is a great restaurant! The wait staff is knowledgeable about gluten free dining and they take all the extra precautions.
They have several options that are clearly marked on the menu. Bonus: chips and salsa are GF (and delicious!), and they have a yummy GF brownie!
Yes
The waitress was wonderful and even came back out to let me know that the sour cream sauce contained gluten. Felt safe
Excellent service! There are many items on the menu that can accommodate gluten sensitivity even though they are not specifically listed. We are not the easiest folks to serve because we have multiple food sensitivities. Our server double checked everything to ensure we wouldn't have issues.
This is a great place to eat!!! I'm Celiac and I've eaten there 5-6 times with no issues at all.
Food is decent Tex-Mex fare. They're chips and salsa are gluten free, as well as they're queso. It does state on the menu that there is a risk of contamination from being prepare next to/same kitchen as non-gluten free foods.
I felt safe eating at Ta Molly’s in Texarkana. My food was brought to the table separately from the meal with gluten. Mine was hand delivered by the manager. My meal was perfect. There are several menu items marked gluten free. I feel like the restaurant understands what gluten free means and takes steps to follow guidelines. I will definitely return.

Ate here with my husband yesterday and had a great experience. Highly recommend, service was fast, food was good, and price was excellent! I also have a severe gluten allergy, and I felt safe and they took care of me. GLUTEN FREE! Thank you! I am gluten free and they take allergies very seriously here. I felt completely comfortable. If you are gluten free or celiac, you can go here with peace of mind.

This is the only restaurant I trust 100% not to get me sick in Texarkana. They have Celiac Disease trained staff with a separate area for gluten free food. My food comes separately from my family by a manager with black gloves. My food always has a gluten free stick in it. I eat here once or twice a week.

I have Celiac and am quite concerned about getting cross contamination at restaurants. We went here on our drive home from Texas and was very impressed. They totally understand about celiac and assured me that the kitchen has dedicated areas and fryers for the gluten free food. The enchiladas were great, the chips were gluten free and delicious. 3 hours later and my tummy is still happy!! Highly recommend this place for Celiac persons.

Every time we’ve eaten in the restaurant, we’ve had a really great experience with the kitchen staff be cognizant of a gluten allergy and proper precautions.
I did recently have a bad experience with the restaurant where we had a pick up order during a busy day (right at a holiday) and had requested the entire order to be gluten free and we were given flour tortillas. This made me nervous that the rest of the order wasn’t prepared gluten free. When I called to ask about this, the person who answered the phone said the kitchen staff was too busy to answer questions since the restaurant was busy due to the holiday. When I pressed the issue saying that there was an allergy and I needed to know if the food was prepared with this in mind, the girl on the phone left for about 30 seconds and then got back on and said that they rung it up as gluten free so the kitchen staff “should have” made to gluten free.
It’s certainly made me weary of this location. I think I will stick to eating in the restaurant & avoid busy times.
