Tanaka Ramen

I’m not typically a very reactive celiac but I had a horrible reaction from this place. Food was very good but I will never be ordering from here again.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

— Not at all

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

— Not Much/None

Only ramen place I found with good gluten free options. Their broths are gluten free and they have gluten free noodles. BUT they warn about cross contamination, they don't have dedicated gluten safe work space. BUT I'm celiac and have eaten their ramen twice now and never gotten sick after.
