Review of Tanaka Ramen

Only ramen place I found with good gluten free options. Their broths are gluten free and they have gluten free noodles. BUT they warn about cross contamination, they don't have dedicated gluten safe work space. BUT I'm celiac and have eaten their ramen twice now and never gotten sick after.
