Most of the menu is marked gluten free, but it is NOT safe for celiacs. Sweet potato rolls, katsu, agedashi, any fried items are fried in a frier with gluten. Our server was great and let us know which items would be safe- many of the classic rolls and nigiri are not fried and would likely be safe. Edamame is safe. We are disappointed as we could not eat most of the things we wanted to get. We ended up leaving. I’m not sure why they mark so much of the menu gluten free when it is not, but don’t trust it if you are celiac.
