I used my Nima sensor on the pastor taco-did not detect gluten! It’s was so delicious and an amazing find

PROBABLY THE BEST TACOS IVE HAD Simple but most delicious taqueria. They serve only tacos and they are made of corn. According to the employees the place is gluten free but I’m not sure when it comes to the sausage dish. This is not a restaurant - you cue in line (sometimes for longer than 30 min) and eat outside or if you’re lucky enough to have a spot at the small bar. Definitely coming back soon.

It always feels bold leaving the first review, so fact check me, but I’ve eaten here several times without problems.
The entire restaurant is gluten free according to them via email…and every time I ask when I come. The tacos are incredible. It’s my favorite stealth dedicated gluten free place. You wouldn’t necessarily expect it but it’s such a treat to find.
