I ate at Tartina twice and have had a great experience both times. I went in during the day to speak to the chef, who was knowledgeable about Celiacs and assured me he would be able to accommodate me. He showed a good understanding of cross-contamination precautions. They even have gluten free pasta and will make sure to use a new pot and utensils (“we always do that!”). The night I was there for dinner, the server himself was knowledgeable and made me feel very safe. On top of that, the food was great! And the outdoor seating was lovely! Highly recommend!
