I'm disappointed with this group, I used to frequent this place once a week until 1 year ago. They removed their gluten free menu a while back. The sushi rice is now rinsed with something other than rice vinegar and they staff is untrained. The only options that I've been able to verify is the hibachi with GF soy sauce.

I eat at the Cary location (couldn’t find it on this app). I do not think they understand what gf means. We had one waitress who knew exactly what to order and made sure our order was correct but that was the only good experience there. We went 2 others times and the staff seemed clueless about what gf is, I noticed our food took over 30 minutes to prepare each time while other tables got their food, and they messed up my order the other 2 times. I ended up getting sick. Will not go back again.

Not for celiacs or people with gluten intolerance. Even the green curry is not safe.

They got rid of their gf menu. Used to be good, just limited.

I've gotten in the habit of bringing my own soy sauce, so I'm not sure if they have any gf. Was relatively easy to find a few rolls I could order. No eel sauce, mayo, etc. Waiter wasn't too confident with gluten free, but made sure to double check with someone else first. Not the best sushi I've had, but I didn't get sick.

I went to Tasu last night and will not be back. Our server was not knowledgable at all about the gluten free options and said my only choice was hibachi with gluten free soy sauce. She tried to give me the hibachi noodles claiming they were rice based (they are not) and the fried rice (not gluten free either - made in a large batch at the start of the day). Thankfully I questioned someone else before I touched anything, so I didn't get glutened... To top it off, the beef was chewy and the dinner in General was just not very good.

They do not have a gluten free menu they are knowledgeable of gluten free entrees. Their curry entrees are all gluten free. I know they have more gluten free items but I always get the panang curry. And of course their raw sushi is gluten free.
