Tava Indian Kitchen

A friend who has celiac disease told me that Tava has a gluten-free menu. I used to eat there all the time before my celiac disease became so sensitive. But I decided to try it again. The staff are knowledgeable, they do seem to understand about CD and cross-contamination. I suspect that the equipment is not dedicated, which would account for my level of reaction, which was actually manageable. I will eat there again, but ask about dedicated equipment when I order. The food itself is delicious! Lots of vegetarian and vegan options, and the service is very good.

I walked into the restaurant based on some positive reviews here. They said they do have some gluten-free options, but that they cannot guarantee there will not be cross-contamination, nor do they take steps to avoid cross-contamination. I’m sure the food tastes good, but I had to walk out since they don’t even make an effort.

Great place to eat! Servers are knowledgeable and if they don’t know they ask. Food is very delicious and the place is relaxing!

Wow, great place. I had lamb curry, which was delicious. They have a good looking lunch buffet too. I didn't have it but think everything I saw on it was GF. Will definitely be back.
