A friend who has celiac disease told me that Tava has a gluten-free menu. I used to eat there all the time before my celiac disease became so sensitive. But I decided to try it again. The staff are knowledgeable, they do seem to understand about CD and cross-contamination. I suspect that the equipment is not dedicated, which would account for my level of reaction, which was actually manageable. I will eat there again, but ask about dedicated equipment when I order. The food itself is delicious! Lots of vegetarian and vegan options, and the service is very good.
