The waiter marked everything as celiac but I still got really sick ☹ they didn’t seem to understand what is required for celiac safe cooking- didn’t know French fries can’t be cooked in the same fryer.

GF items are not explicitly listed on the menu but almost all items can be made gluten free. The staff is exceptionally well trained (familiar with cross contamination, separate cooking areas, etc). I ordered a salad and a lamb burger and both were excellent.
