I spoke directly to a chef during off hours. There are a lot of gluten-free choices with red meat and paella options. They don’t use flours to thicken sauces (wheat, corn). They do use butter and cream in masked potatoes- so see if you can substitute, if dairy is an issues for you. The food is delicious, comforting, and filling and very reasonably priced for the potions and quality.

The waiter was super knowledgeable about what on the menu was gluten free. He said they even have gluten free ravioli but we didn’t try it. 3 stars because it was overpriced in terms of the quality of the food, but it was a safe meal.
