I spoke directly to a chef during off hours. There are a lot of gluten-free choices with red meat and paella options. They don’t use flours to thicken sauces (wheat, corn). They do use butter and cream in masked potatoes- so see if you can substitute, if dairy is an issues for you. The food is delicious, comforting, and filling and very reasonably priced for the potions and quality.
