Been twice and both times I had a great experience. The server was knowledgeable and always had communication with kitchen about what was possible. I’m also a vegetarian. I had a GF pasta dish (pasta not made in house) with red sauce and vegetables. For brunch I had the tomato and mushroom omelet with the potato vastase (which is sautéed. There is no fryer at Tovolo). It was delicious! Topped off with the pear Bellini. Server said most brunch options were gluten free, or could be made so.
