Been twice and both times I had a great experience. The server was knowledgeable and always had communication with kitchen about what was possible. I’m also a vegetarian. I had a GF pasta dish (pasta not made in house) with red sauce and vegetables. For brunch I had the tomato and mushroom omelet with the potato vastase (which is sautéed. There is no fryer at Tovolo). It was delicious! Topped off with the pear Bellini. Server said most brunch options were gluten free, or could be made so.

I ordered an appetizer and cacio de Pepe, my date ordered the steak. All were excellent. Waiter was very knowledgeable about the GF process and said that pretty much any dish on the menu could be made GF. He indicated that they actually make their GF pasta in house. No bread options, but service was excellent.

the food is great, not a huge menu but the staff is very knowledgeable and they make their own pasta! love this place, it's one of my go tos. great bar, too.
Not a big menu. But if your looking for Pasta it is fresh made here and awesome! Deserts are great too. Will be back!!!
