Amazing!! I can’t do gluten or most dairy and I’m always weary about these places and contamination, but they were great! I was able to eat delicious chicken wings with bbq sauce, and a baked sweet potato with amazing whipped honey butter.

Great price and good food- especially for Charleston.
— Separate gluten-free menu
Be cautious about any allergy, not just GF. Im also soy, garlic and onion allergic and had to ask several times about if they used real butter or margarine and if I could get a steak without seasoning. The server had the nerve to ask me "why you so freaked about seasonings?" Not very polite at all. When I told him it was "Oh, is that such a thing?" They did finally get me safe food but his attitude was awful.

Waitstaff was very knowledgeable! My server let me know immediately that there is no dedicated gluten free fryer so i should not get fries if cross contamination is a problem. Ordered a burger with a side of daily vegatible. Server (Jen) made sure the vegetable was only steamed with nothing add just Incase and cheese was gluten free for the burger. I recommend this place! And ask for Jen

Not safe for celiac! hostess said there was a gluten free menu but waiter said there wasnt and that nothing is gluten free. They have gluten free buns but preparation had a lot of contamination. I had to walk out.

Dined here twice with my boyfriend, who is celiac. Staff were all friendly, very knowledgeable, and made us feel very comfortable eating there. Our food was good, steak on my first visit, and on our second visit we had burgers with buns that didn’t fall apart or dissolve into a million pieces with moisture from the burgers. That in itself was a HUGE win for me!! We couldn’t have fries but they have loaded baked potatoes that definitely made up for it! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Good food. Good drinks. Good service. Huge selection of desserts. Only 1 gluten free dessert, though - the typical chocolate torte, mais, c'est la vie. Bring your pocket book, however. 3 people, $125 bill.
I want to clarify that the price we paid included 2 steaks, 4 drinks, and 3 desserts, so definitely reasonable for what we ordered. Definitely worth it for what we got. They also accommodated gluten free very well, and having Celiac, that is extremely important to me.
Definitely recommend and definitely would return.
Edit: did return. Had a gluten free burger. One of the best gluten free buns I have ever had.
Yes
Ordered steak and GF Chocolate torte(undercooked). Taste was good and did not get sick.
Great place for gluten free food. Gluten free menu with many options. I had the shrimp skewers and they were very good.
Yes
They have a gluten free menu. They have a variety of salads, potatoes, steaks to choose from. I had the cheese burger in a GF bun and mashed. My burger was really good. My husband non-celiac had the marinaded ribeye. He said, it was average.
Great double stack burger on large gluten free bun.

extensive gluten free and vegetarian menu
Food was good. Had a chicken salad on a GF bun with mashed potatoes. They also have omission. But great but definitely a convenient option. They do add a disclaimer that they can't guarantee no cross contamination.

Visiting Charleston for the 1st time and stumbled upon TBonz in the heart of downtown. They have a dedicated gluten free menu and understand what Celiac is. I got the filet and mashed potatoes. They also have a GF flourless chocolate cake!
Yes
I expected a mediocre steak based on price but this was better than I thought! I had a filet and my boyfriend had the dry rubbed which he said was amazing! Our server was great and very knowledgeable and kept me happy and safe! Thanks to the staff!!
Hostess and server were great, friendly and knowledgable. Loved it and returned for a second visit during our four day stay

the kitchen manager was extremely helpful in accommodating my food allergies! We came back the following week because of his attention to my allergies and how good the food was!
I’ve been coming here for years because of the great care they take with my food. I’ve never had a problem.

There is no GF menu, but the manager (Tyler) is quite knowledgeable about GF and can help navigate the menu.

Do not eat here unless you want to be sick from contamination. The manager does not even know the "gluten friendly" menu. I had to show him side by side menus that I was given the wrong items after he told me I could eat the gluten food I was given. None of the staff is trained on how to handle gluten free food or prepare gluten free food. I so wish I could give zero stars.

GF menu upon request. I ordered the grilled shrimp and was served tempura fried shrimp. The server quickly got my order fixed. The shrimp were a good size and tasty.
