Amazing! I asked for a gluten free menu and they said they didn’t have one, but that they could make any of the meals gluten free. I asked for clarification because I was confused because a place has never told me this before, and the waitress went on to thoroughly explain how she could modify every dish and pointed out only two on the menu that could not be made gluten free. I was amazed. Especially for a breakfast/brunch place?! I ordered French toast with hash browns, eggs, and bacon. The waitress came back and apologized that the chef had made my meal on the gluten stove so they were remaking everything in their dedicated gluten free section of the kitchen. She even came back and said that they looked up the powdered sugar they use and it may contain trace amounts of gluten and so they did not put powdered sugar on my French toast. Seriously so much attention to detail! A staff member (maybe the manager?) came to the table to check in on everything and said his sister has celiac disease. I’ve never had a dining experience where everyone was informed, careful, and actually happy to accommodate.
