When you say you have a gluten allergy, everyone just changes their gloves. Basically the whole menu is good to go, and then they do that step to protect from crumbs.

I wasn’t prepared for the speed and volume though. It’s like a buffet with a really fast moving line. You don’t order at the table and you get your food super fast.

Love this place. The best barbecue I've had in years. Very gluten free friendly. I had no problem enjoying most of the menu. The beef ribs are the greatest. I highly recommend this place. It is expensive, but is worth the prices.

Alejandro and Madison were amazing with their service and making sure my food was safe for consumption. It is very important that to identify that you need your food to be gluten free—you know that they understand when you see them change gloves, clean surfaces, place down parchment paper, bring out a clean cutting board and knife as well as an untouched slab of meat. The BBQ was superb. Highly recommend the brisket!!

Food is absolutely delicious! Brisket melts in your mouth, best I've ever had. All the meats & sauces are GF. Baked beans are GF. Many items marked DF, too. We went on a busy Fri night & got our food quickly. They do serve sandwiches, so pretty sure our meat was glutened because our meat cutter guy grabbed a sandwich bun just before touching our meat & did not change gloves, but I hadn't asked. Servers were great so I'm sure we could have asked for new slices & glove changes, but we were hungry & overwhelmed by the crowd, so just took our food & devoured it. My celiac son did get glutened, but he said it was worth it. Best BBQ ever.

This restaurant is outstanding! Items are marked gluten-free and there are so many delicious options. The brisket melts in your mouth without any sauce. They do provide different sauces to add. I’ve never had anything like it! Our guests said I hit a grand slam and they were eating sides they typically don’t normally enjoy and loved them. The rubs would make a great gift. I am definitely returning especially with out of state guests. I’m returning without the guests too.

Great experience! Menu boards are clearly marked for GF but also dairy free and vegetarian. Many sides to select from. Explained to Juan “meat preper” that I needed a glove change because of celiacs. He asked what it was and the name again. He said he wants to learn so that he can better help customers. All sauces are GF. Food was excellent.

We have had to-go meals several times. We tell the staff it’s for a celiac. They gladly change gloves, knife and get a new cutting board. We haven’t gotten sides and eaten in. No one has had a reaction as long as they stick to the gluten-free sides. There are dairy-free sides as well. New staff might briefly question the use of a new cutting board but the rest of the staff will quickly step in. Bread is kept in plastic cases between the drinks. The staff is more than willing to assist with anything. All meats are gluten-free.

Everything is in separate serving bins with their own spoons. Meat is all gluten free as well as sauces. I ordered each of the meats to try, green beans, cream corn, and pintordering. Menu is well marked. I did not get sick and felt very safe ordering. Great ambiance, excellent food, can't wait to go back!!!

Had the BBQ here. Very tasty! Most of the sides are gluten free and the sauces and meats are all gluten free. Will be coming back!
