We have had to-go meals several times. We tell the staff it’s for a celiac. They gladly change gloves, knife and get a new cutting board. We haven’t gotten sides and eaten in. No one has had a reaction as long as they stick to the gluten-free sides. There are dairy-free sides as well. New staff might briefly question the use of a new cutting board but the rest of the staff will quickly step in. Bread is kept in plastic cases between the drinks. The staff is more than willing to assist with anything. All meats are gluten-free.
