Waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten free and told us what could and couldn’t eat. Got the green curry and steak appetizer and Gf chocolate tart with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Food was delicious and did not get sick!

Great experience - very tasty! Our teen son has Celiac. He had Pad Thai and we all got GF green bean appetizer. I spoke to three different servers. They all assured me that they can make most dishes GF (except some of the appetizers) and that they are careful in their preparation. They said all pans and utensils are washed between meals. They also said one of the servers has Celiac and eats there safely.
Our food was delicious and service was fantastic. Outdoor seating was lovely.

Delicious food! Celiac in our family got Gheng Curry with rice. We also shared a gluten free version of Crying Tiger appetizer (waitress suggested for gf appetizer option). Nothing is marked on menu, but waitress was knowledgeable. No symptoms next day for sensitive celiac. Might go back tonight.

Love Teton Thai! Also love the Driggs location. A staff member told me he was also celiac and informed me that most things on the menu can be made gf. I always get the pad see ew made gf. So good!!

Severe celiac.
100% appreciate the honesty of our waitress, Amber. I very openly asked how confident she felt about the kitchen with allergies. She asked what I was allergic to and I told her celiac and her words were “if it is very severe I would steer clear, they are cooked in the same pan” whether that means they clean the pan between dishes or not I am unsure. But giving 5 stars for the honestly because I’ll take that any day over someone who tells me they can avoid cross contamination and then I end up sick. Ordered the plain steamed Jasmine rice as a result with no issues afterwards.

Got the Pad Thai and it was delicious! Waitress was rude and not very helpful but the server that brought my food out said he has celiac and assured me it was GF! Super pricey and automatic 20% gratuity added.

Winter 2020-2021 updates:
Ate here many times over the winter season and their food is great and always delicious. Good for pad see ew, which u rarely find gf. But so expensive! Jeez!
Edit: visited again 8/19/19 and are coming again tomorrow! I’m from Chicago and their Gang Karee is better than any I’ve had there. Still safe for celiacs! Only the fryer is still not gf and they now use a marinade for their chicken satay that had oyster sauce. Instead I got a side of broccoli and ate it with the peanut sauce. They apparently have a celiac on staff. Some of the curries use shrimp paste that may contain gluten- be sure to ask your waiter about it all. They use gf soy sauce for almost everything. One side note that would bring this down to 4 stars if not for how good the food was is the service can be kind of bad. Today our food was brought to a different table, the waitress brought someone else’s food to us and then came back 5 minutes later to get it- my sister had already taken a bite, and they gave the dish to another table. Make sure that what you’re getting is what you ordered, and expect semi-slow service because the kitchen is pretty small.
1/4-19- Delicious Pad Thai and Gang Karee curry dish- both level 2 spice. I’m normally a level 3-4 kind of girl but the 2 on the curry was good because any spicier and it would’ve blocked the coconut flavor. Waitress and other staff were friendly and knowledgeable; the server asked if we were celiac before we could say and when I called prior to going, the hostess reassured me they would be able to accommodate us. Most of the dishes can be made gluten free because they use gluten free soy sauce, but their fryer is not gf. Pasta, noodle soups, rice, salad and curry are all viable and they were happy to substitute.
One important note though- this place is TINY and by tiny I mean it has a total of like 6 tables in a 10x15 space. The first time we tried to go, at 2 on a Sunday, the wait was 45 mins so we left. The second time, the wait was about 15 mins and there is a small enclosed patio with chairs and heat lamps to wait. They were happy to bring drinks while we waited, so knowing there was going to be a wait I brought a book and sat comfortably by the fire. Out of all the gf places to go in Jackson, I’d say this one is a must, especially if you’re staying in the village. We ate here 2 times over four days and ate the leftovers in between.

Probably one of the best GF places in JH, they only use gf soy sauce, and the majority of dishes can be or already are GF. Celiac Friendly
