Yes the people working there are gluten clueless. However those awesome sauces for your tacos are all gluten free. I ate there more times than I can count and leaned the pulled pork is cool, chicken is not bothering me but stay away from the beef fajita. The corn tortillas are heated on the same grill as the flour but I didn't detect any cross contamination, and I am celiac

I thought I would be safe with the salad but then they told me beef was marinated in beer 😕

We asked if they have a gluten free menu. The person taking orders stated they don't and kindly asked someone in the back to come to the front to help us. I asked this person, "Which items on the menu are gluten free?" He said, "That means you can't have cheese right?" Disappointed, we left to get food elsewhere.

Tacos, on corn. The BBQ sause is Stubbs, (I get a Pork Stubby) the hot sause so believe are all gf. Much like Torchys Tacos.
