Yes the people working there are gluten clueless. However those awesome sauces for your tacos are all gluten free. I ate there more times than I can count and leaned the pulled pork is cool, chicken is not bothering me but stay away from the beef fajita. The corn tortillas are heated on the same grill as the flour but I didn't detect any cross contamination, and I am celiac
