Food was very good, but in spite of clearly explaining gluten free and egg free, and being reassured by wait staff, my child got sick after eating here. So disappointing after reading all the prior reviews. We will not go back.

I always get delivery from here and it’s fantastic every time. Delicious and I’ve never had a reaction. My roommate isn’t gluten free so this is perfect for a one-stop restaurant for both of us.

Amazing! Had the drunken noodles gluten free and it was so delicious. I wish I had this place back where I lived. They have a specific gluten free menu. Like others suggested, you have to ask for that menu. So amazing!

In addition to the regular menu, there is a separate dedicated GF menu with many many choices, be sure to ask for it. My son with celiac and egg allergy loves chicken fried rice, and this was the best he’s had GF with no egg.

This place is great. They have a dedicated GF menu and labeled my food as GF. I had drunken noodles and ga-prow and both were delicious. It felt very celiac safe to order and I had no reactions.

Ordered off the GF menu and noted an allergy for cross contamination purposes, but was sick for days after the meal. Very possible there was cross contamination.

Tasty food, efficient (not friendly) service. Didn’t get sick.

This place has been around for over 2 decades and there’s a reason. Everything is freshly made, great ingredients and presentation.

Got delivery from Thai Basil for a lunch at work and was very satisfied! Their gluten free menu extends to online options, and my food came labeled gf right on the container (which always makes me feel a bit safer). I ordered the mango curry and thought the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend and will be going back! Lots of gf options to try

What a beautiful and friendly place, with a huge gluten-free menu and knowledgeable staff. Prices were very reasonable too. Basil and shrimp fried rice was delicious, and amazing miso soup as well. Right in the middle of one of the most touristy parts of Boston, right around the corner from Copley Square.

This restaurant is one of my favorites, the food is fantastic. I’m gf and my son has celiac. I ordered from the gf menu twice for him. The first time was great and my son really enjoyed it. Second time,,,, I’m writing this review after cleaning the bathroom after my 13 year old’s severe reaction. Not celiac safe, sorry 😞

I have ordered takeout from here several times with no problem. I love their pad Thai and was happy to find a place with a separate GF menu. Unfortunately, the most recent time I ordered something went wrong and I got VERY sick (missed two days of work). Sad to say that I will not be back soon.

A couple notes - I ordered through DoorDash so something could have gotten mixed up at any step of the process (not necessarily the restaurant’s fault). Also, it might have just been someone different on staff who didn’t understand celiac. I don’t want to completely rule it out for someone who is excited to find a new GF Thai place (especially since I had ordered 3 or 4 times without issues), but I definitely had a bad experience this past time.

Dedicated gf menu. Server was helpful and made sure she repeated back gluten free to us when she took our order and when she dropped the food off. Our check had allergy marked for every item. More options than other places I've been. Only 4/5 stars because it wasn't the best Thai food I've ever had, but worth the visit and I likely will be back.
