2020: unfortunately, the menu has changed and I am not confident that anything is gluten free. One employee told me that nothing is gluten free so I don't risk eating here anymore, sadly.
2017: Thai Express is Thai food, everything on the menu including crab rangoon, eggs rolls, soups, Springfield style Chinese, etc is gluten free except the teriyaki chicken and seasame chicken. It. is. the. best!

I contacted this business and was informed that they cannot avoid cross contamination so none of their options are currently safe. The owner mentioned trying to accommodate in the future at a possible new restaurant but, he didn't give details.

PSA: All-Purpose flour is NOT gluten free. Unfortunately, that’s all the restaurant uses. While it’s true that most of the sauces may be gluten free, almost nothing else on the menu is due to their sole use of all-purpose flour and the inevitable cross-contamination that takes place. We almost ate the general chicken but then felt the urge to ask what type of flour is used. Just looking out for all the other unsuspecting Celiacs in the community!
